Congratulations for the team of Agile Spain, for the Computer Sciencce School which lend its resources, and for the speakers who let to begin the conversation.The Open Space was a heavy success. Let the public choose the tracks more interested in, and create a great number of tracks (30):

This let you create a conference which fits your level, interests, curiosities,... So, sue to the people professionalism, who has something to share speak, and who has not learn. I learnt some things:

It is very difficult the change in the companies, you must be patience (I am not, I must think on it).

TDD: is a paradigm change in Software Development, you must programming from the test; we could say teh test are the requirements. And this join the Continuous Integration (continuous test).

bitnami.org: is a full Spanish project (they creates software stacks: php, ruby, alfresco, Liferay....). For somebody like me who loves probe all, this is very cool.

Amazon and their cloud is not a impossible thing, you can use it. And it can be useful, for massive tests in a short time slot.

The School resources supported very good the event, that is the best record for the resources. So I began with curiosity for SCRUM, and finished with AGILE PASSION... !!Thanks for all¡¡

Felicitar tanto a la organización de Agile Spain, a la escuela de informática que presto sus instalaciones, como a los ponentes que amablemente se prestaron a iniciar la conversación. El formato Open Space, fue un gran acierto. Permitió elegir los temas en los que los asistentes estaban más interesados, y crear un tablón con multitud de ellos (hasta 30):

Fue posible crear la jornada que más se adaptara a tu nivel, intereses, curiosidades,.... Además, dada la profesionalidad de la gente, normalmente el que tenía algo que aportar hablaba, y el que no escuchaba y aprendía. Aprendí algunas cosas a grandes rasgos:

Es muy difícil el cambio en las organizaciones, pero con paciencia todo se consigue (no se si la tengo, con lo que debería pensar en ello).

TDD: es un cambio de paradigma en el desarrollo del software, hay que programar a partir de los test; se prodría decir que los tests son las especificaciones. Y esto tiene que ir enmarcado con la Integración Continua (el test continuo).

bitnami.org: es un proyecto español 100% (crea stacks de software: php, ruby, alfresco, Liferay....). Para alguien como yo que le gusta probar todo, este proyecto es alucinante.

Amazon y su Cloud no es una entelequia dificultosa, se puede montar. Y puede tener aplicaciones, para pruebas masivas de corto espacio de tiempo.

Las instalaciones soportaron muy bien el evento, que es lo máximo que se le puede pedir a las instalaciones. En fin, entré con mucha curiosidad por Scrum y salí con PASIÓN POR EL AGILISMO... !!Gracias a todos¡¡
